Is The Right Step, Inc. State Certified?

Yes, we are a Washington State Approved Outpatient Chemical Dependency Agency.

Will anybody know I am attending at The Right Step, Inc.?

Your medical records and participation here are private.  No information is provided to other entities without your written permission except as provided for in 42 CFR, Part 2.

Do you take Medical Coupons?

We do not.  You can contact either St. Peter's at 360-456-7575, or BHR at 360-704-7170 in Olympia.

Will my health insurance cover my treatment program?

Yes, most of the time.  Call your insurance company to verify that you have chemical dependency benefits, and that we are a covered provider.

How much does an evaluation/assessment cost?

It varies depending on why the evaluation needs to be done (DUI charge/child custody hearing/dirty UA at work/in-custody- jail). Please call us for more information. 

Do you offer youth programs?

We offer youth evaluations, but not treatment programs.  Contact St. Peter's at 360-456-7575 in Olympia.

If I don't have health insurance coverage, how can I pay for my treatment program?

We have flexible payment plans and accept both Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

If my employer requests that I take a urinalysis, can I do it at The Right Step, Inc?

Yes.  Call ahead of time so we can get the appropriate paperwork ready for you.

Do you offer inpatient programs or detoxification?

Where can I get an Alcoholics Anonymous schedule?

We have them at our office, their web site on our links page, and at www.AADistrict8.org (Olympia area).
